All Planning and Coordination Packages include access to your own ​comprehensive Wedding Planning Portal!

This portal is yours to use during your contracted service period; generally immediately upon contracting for Full and Partial Planning Packages and 90 days out for all Day-of Planning and Coordination Packages. Your portal is a comprehensive platform that includes some amazing tools to help us plan for your special day! These include the following:

• An exhaustive Wedding Planning Checklist of assignable tasks that can be shared with your portal participants including Bride, Groom, Mother of the Bride, Maid of Honor, and anyone you'd like to have access to work on items with you.
• A digital Calendar that stores and reminds you of your scheduled tasks and vendor payment schedule, and integrates with your personal calendar so you don't miss a thing
• A highly detailed Timeline we'll build out together and share with your vendors
• A central location for collecting Vendor Contacts including contract details, pertinent files, payment schedule and terms, meal count, and notes.
• A digital Floorplan tool to plan the setup of your tables, chairs, dancefloor, and vendors for your Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception layouts.
• A Guest Management feature with RSVP and Entree Tracking for everything from your Bridal Shower to your Post Wedding Brunch.
• Your own Wedding Website to share your love story, details of your events, and collect RSVPs.
• Wedding Planning Tips and Worksheets to plan out day-of details with your photography, bartending, catering, floral, and DJ vendors!
