• ​1-hour venue visit 30 days out to finalize setup details
• Day-of coordination from setup to venue close to execute the event day according to timeline and ensure all services are accounted for
• (1) Event assistant for up to 10 hours each to help vendors setup, assist with guest management, coordinate event activities, and assure the timeline is followed, for up to 150 guests* 
• Oversee breakdown of the event and ensure all personal items are returned to client

*If over 150 guests a 2nd Assistant Coordinator will be added ​

Day-of Planning

Also known as "Month-of Coordination" and includes...

• Detailed Vendor Contract review
• Day-of Planner + Timeline Development within your Planning Portal
• Bi-weekly 1-hour virtual Zoom meetings 3 months out, as needed
• Venue Visit to finalize venue-related details 30 days out
• Create Comprehensive Digital Floorplans

• ​Liaison between you and your vendors to plan for the day's events and logistics, so you don't have to!
• Coordination for up to 12 hours the day-of

• (1) Event assistant for up to 8 hours to assist with guest management, coordinate event activities, and assure the timeline is followed, for up to 150 guests*

Guests can enjoy unlimited photo sessions with standard backdrops, premium props, and personalized photo strip template of your choice. You will receive emailed digital copies of all the photos captured during the event, ensuring you can cherish those candid and joyful moments forever.

Setup + Tear Down

A great add-on for day-of planning and coordination! Our team will arrive at the venue 4 hours prior to the ceremony to setup and help decorate stay 1 hours after the event end to tear down, pack, and clear the venue. Start time may be adjusted depending on your decorator/florist's needs.

Rated at $200 per 50 guests

Table Bussing

Guests 10 times out of 10 do not throw their trash away. Why? Who knows! If your caterer does not provide table bussing you'll want to add this on! Your Coordinator team will clear tables of trash for you and your guests, beginning 30 minutes after dinner service, and up to the event's end, typically 11pm, for a minimum of 4 hours.

Cake Cutting

Don't leave your guests hanging to cut their own slice of cake! If your caterer isn't providing cake cutting services, you'll want to add this service! After you cut your cake and take pictures, our team will slice up the rest of the cake and plate it on the cake table for your guests to pickup.

Guestlist Over 150

A second Assistant Coordinator for 5 hours to assist with guest arrivals through the event activities and open dancing.
Additional travel expenses may apply.

Rehearsal Dinner Planning

Includes securing vendors and venue, managing all vendor communication, creation of a separate event timeline, and overseeing the event including set up and breakdown.
