One-Off Planning Consultation |
Setup + Tear DownA great add-on for day-of planning and coordination! Our team will arrive at the venue 4 hours prior to the ceremony to setup and help decorate stay 1 hours after the event end to tear down, pack, and clear the venue. Start time may be adjusted depending on your decorator/florist's needs.

Table BussingGuests 10 times out of 10 do not throw their trash away. Why? Who knows! If your caterer does not provide table bussing you'll want to add this on! Your Coordinator team will clear tables of trash for you and your guests, beginning 30 minutes after dinner service, and up to the event's end, typically 11pm, for a minimum of 4 hours.

Cake CuttingDon't leave your guests hanging to cut their own slice of cake! If your caterer isn't providing cake cutting services, you'll want to add this service! After you cut your cake and take pictures, our team will slice up the rest of the cake and plate it on the cake table for your guests to pickup.
