What is partial planning?
Partial Planning includes planning and coordinating the rehearsal and day-of coordination plus the following...
We'll start working together when we're two months out by start collecting and sorting through all your vendor contracts and correspondence and creating our Day-of Plan. We'll talk regularly as we review, revise, and confirm all planning and day-of details. I like to meet virtually once per week during this time to ensure we're always on the same page. We can always meet up in person for coffee, too!
We'll also schedule a day and time to meet at the venue to finalize the day-of details with them. This will include providing them with your list of vendors and their arrival and departure times, a general timeline of events for venue access, guest arrivals, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception start times, and the end of the event, layouts for each event floorplan they need to setup for. You will also confirm the linen colors you want to use, the catering menu if they're providing the food, and any previously requested services and products.

what happens at the Rehearsal?
To prepare you and your wedding party for the ceremony, we will schedule a rehearsal to practice the procession walk, ceremony, and recession walk so everyone gets familiar with the who, when, where, and how of the ceremony. This is typically done at the venue, when possible, but can be done anywhere like the restaurant parking lot where your rehearsal dinner is or at a local park.
What is day-of coordination
I'll be on site the day-of at the expected arrival of our first vendor, or other agreed upon time, to ensure all vendors can locate and access the venue, know where to setup, and to answer any other questions they might have before getting started. I'll monitor and manage all logistical details and assist vendors with unloading and setting up as needed, keeping to the detailed day-of plan provided to you when we booked.
What services do you offer?
I have packages for Partial Planning, Day-of-Coordination, and Officiant services with three ceremony options to choose from and an option for adding more time so you can get as much or as little help as you need!
Do you offer religious ceremonies?
All of my ceremony options can be modified for religious or non-religious services. I have a marriage prayer that I've found folks really enjoy and can include bible verses that are special to you and your partner.
I have a non-religious and religious version f the Standard Ceremony and the Custom Ceremony is fully customizable.
