It's great to want to eat better and exercise, but don't jump into a new diet or exercise routine right before your wedding. This will only stress you out and leave you feeling disappointed when you don't get the results you were looking for. Instead, take this on gradually, giving yourself plenty of time to establish these new habits. 6 months before the Big Day will give you time to acquire and adapt without over stressing you or your body.
