All vendor open house events include...
- Social Media Like and Follow from the Planner's and Venue's accounts.
- Individual Vendor Facebook and Instagram Marketing for everyone to share before the event - created and scheduled during the 30 days leading up to the event as vendors confirm with a paid invoice.
- Facebook and Instagram Marketing with vendor tags after the event.
- Eventbrite Invitation Email Campaign using the Venue's, Planner's, and participating Vendors' Current Client and Leads lists.
- Business Listings on the Once Upon a Wedding website that includes each business's service or product photo, company logo, and backlink to visit your website.
- A Listing on the Event Program that will be printed and handed out to each group of attendees at the event to share details about any specials and/or raffles/giveaways you're planning.
- The option collaborate on the creation of a Venue and Planner Branded Tote Bag given to each bride-to-be at the registration table.
- Vendors will be able to to include a giveaway item (coupon, freebie, etc.).
- Pre-event Eventbrite Registered Guest Email Campaign just prior to the event to share the list of participating vendors and their specials and raffle details.
- Confirmation Phone Calls to each registered guest the week before the event to confirm their attendance.
- A spreadsheet of the Guestlist after the event.
- A Vendor Email Campaign including:
- An Invitation to Like and Follow the Venue's and Planner's Facebook and Instagram accounts, notification that we will also like and follow yours, and a reminder to send in your logo, photo, and tagline for marketing.
- Vendor Event Tips for hosting a successful vendor booth.
- Vendor Business Insurance Information - why you might want it.
- An offer to receive Social Media Ad Development and Execution.
- Calendly link to schedule a 15-minute Vendor Planning Call to pin down any services you might be providing or let us know of any special needs or questions you might have prior to the event.
- A Guest Invitation Email Template you can use to invite your current couples and leads to the event.
- A Sign-in Sheet you can print off for the event if you need one.
- A Post-Event Survey where you can provide feedback on what went right/wrong and what you recommend we do differently. There will also be links to the venue's and planner's review platforms where you can share what you loved about working together. Please use this opportunity to send your review link to us! ;)
